Indira Ramgolam

Jane Walsh

Sean (he/him/his) is a junior in CC double majoring in Film & Media Studies and Computer Science. Sean is interested in new media and has worked within streaming, social media, tech, and movies. Sean is excited for another great school year!

Indira Ramgolam (CC'22, she/hers) is a film and media studies major from South Florida. She is particularly interested in screenwriting and film criticism with a penchant for genre work, sci-fi or gothic in particular. Besides her love of film, Indira is pursuing a special concentration in linguistics, which she hopes to be able to use in conjunction with her interest in film. 

Jane Walsh (she/her/hers) is a junior in Columbia College studying Film and Media. She is a screenwriter, director, and actor especially interested in the intersection of cinema and socioeconomics. Along with CUFP, she is Co-President of Latenite, Diversity and Outreach Chair with KCST, a board member with Memento Mori Standup, and a University Life Ambassador.

Bella Fenn

Bella (she/her) is a part of the class of 2024 at Columbia College and is studying Film and Business Management. She's interested in screenwriting for television and showrunning and is involved in theater and dance on campus. She got to intern with SWAT's showrunner this summer and had a blast learning about the writing and production process.

Luis (he/him/his) is a CC sophomore majoring in Film & Media Studies. He is from Puerto Rico. Other than watching movies and television shows, he spends his time either reading books, writing the odd short story here and there, and playing video games. 

Sophia (CC '24 she/her) is a director, editor and photographer based in New York City by way of San Diego, CA. Her films have been screened at festivals across the world including NFFTY, Amsterdam International Film Festival and Hollywood Verge Festival while her clients include Adobe, Hyundai and The National YoungArts Foundation. With a background in dance and live music photography https://sdmusicnews.com, Sophia’s work is heavily informed by movement and performance. Sophia is currently pursuing studies in Film and Architecture at Columbia University. Some off-screen hobbies include surfing early mornings, making clothes.

Iris (CC '24) is studying English and Political Science. She has previously interned on the set of Game of Identity and lived with the crew for two months during the summer. Outside of film, she is a research assistant working on the history of antimonopoly and writes for the undergraduate Law Review. She is also involved in the Roosevelt Institute. She enjoys creative writing and painting.
